Planner – Staff Management

A new module to both plan and manage all staffing events across the year. Keeps management up-to-date with staffing schedules, entitlements thus preventing conflicting holidays or days off. No more having to work out how much holiday someone has left to take, this module takes the headache out of all of this with a quick view of individual entitlements and how much is left to take.

  • Input your specific events ie. holidays, training, meetings etc. (you create your own titles of events)
  • Select duration of each individual event
  • Copy events quickly by daily/weekly/monthly/3 monthly/6 monthly throughout the year in one simple process
  • Set up staffing entitlements for holidays, days off etc.
  • Calculates how much time each staff member accumulates for each event to date and how much is left
  • View events on one screen
  • Analytical reports
